We are proud to announce that we will be launching a new service offer, starting Thursday 6th october.
As Barnardo’s Beacon has grown and developed over the past 2 years, we have seen an increase in enquiries and referrals. We have also come across a lot of professionals who are seeking advice and guidance both on specific cases, and in general around supporting young people who have experienced child sexual abuse.
We are introducing the drop-in appointments as a way of supporting these kinds of enquiries. Each Thursday morning, professionals can book a 45-minute slot with one of our Project Coordinators.
Once you have booked your 45-minute slot, you will receive a confirmation email with a Microsoft Teams link. Alternatively, you can request a phone call.
The first few months of the drop-in will be a trial period and feedback is very much welcomed and appreciated.
